This listing is for a custom engraved baby stats wood ornament. This wood ornament is 1/4" thick- 3.5" tall by 3.5" wide.

Once the wood is painted, the birth stats are laser engraved into the wood. There is a precut hole on top & we include jute twine for hanging.
Please enter the name, weight, height & birthdate. Due to the ornament size we will abbreviate for ounce (oz) & pounds (lbs) & the date will be written out in numbers as shown in the listing pictures.
